Product Characteristics
Polycarbonate is a transparent, white or slightly yellow polymer that is amorphous, odorless, and non-toxic. The product is rigid, impact-resistant, has good strength, has low water absorption, and has excellent mechanical properties. However, the fatigue strength is low and cracking is easy to occur; the heat resistance and cold resistance are good, the application temperature range is -60~120℃, the thermal deformation temperature is about 135℃, the temperature is in the same state at 220~230℃, and the local temperature >310℃; the monitoring body has high viscosity, poor fluidity, and requires more molding processing, but has good colorability; has good electrical insulation, is not flammable, and has white-extinguishing properties; is resistant to acids, salts, oils, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and alcohols. It is not resistant to chlorinated hydrocarbons, alkali, amines, ketones and other media, and is easily soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents such as methylene chloride and dichloroethane.
